Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in original condition (undamaged).
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• We accept most returns as long as the gloves aren’t visibly damaged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@drye.se with:

• Your order number
• Product name
• Reason for return (short and simple is fine)

We’ll provide return instructions. You cover return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we approve your return:

• You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
• We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been issued.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return gloves even if they’ve been lightly used. We understand the need to try them in real conditions.

However, excessive wear or damage may disqualify you from a full refund. We assess these on a case-by-case basis.
