For orders shipped with PostNord Tracked Letterbox, customs duties and import taxes are included at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

UPS Express — DDU
Duties paid on delivery

Customs duties are not included at checkout. USA: typically 10–15% of order value. UPS will contact you before delivery. Example: on a USD 50 order, duties may be approx. USD 5–8. We do not collect these charges.

Canada & other regions: Import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Refused shipments: If the shipment is returned to us due to unpaid duties, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Untracked Letter — no tracking number provided

If you choose an untracked option, delivery is at the customer's risk if the shipment is delayed or lost.
